State Legislation has provided a Paid Internship Program (PIP) opportunity for individuals with developmental disabilities looking for employment.
We offer on site job coaching for person served who are learning new skills. A Job Coach is trained on the tasks given so we can then help train the person served. This ensures that the staff can focus on their tasks without being pulled away for training.
