How to Enroll in 4 Steps
Come join the fun!

Request a referral from your CVRC Service Coordinator. You will need to contact your Service Coordinator and ask them to send an official referral to VPCI.

A VPCI Case Manager receives your referral.

Complete an intake meeting. If you are accepted after the tour, we will schedule a meeting to discuss your goals and needs and finalize your service plan.

Start services. You will then be matched with a support coach and can begin receiving services.
